Sutton Foster was a Tony Award winner in recognition of her Tony Award winning roles in Anything Goes in Thoroughly Modern Millie and as a character in Little Women. The first time she appeared in a television show on Star Search at age 15, and has more recently performed in Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU as well as Royal Pains. Sutton Foster performed as a Solo Artist all across the USA and Internationally with Michael Rafter. Sutton's debut solo CD "Wish" as well as"Wish," and "An Evening With Sutton Foster" Live at the cafe Carlyle CD were featured in. Ball State University awarded her an honorary degree in the year 2011 as well as continuing to teach and advise the Department of Theatre and Dance. The new TVLand program, "Younger," created by Darren Star began airing in March 2015.
